What type of data do you collect?
Our freelancers install a desktop app to track billable time while they work. If the freelancers opt into data sharing, this time tracker app also records their computer screens and activity. We use this data for AI training - freelancers are also compensated for sharing this data, separate from the subsidy you get.

The recording only happens when the freelancer starts recording and explicitly consents to it, ensuring full control of what is recorded.
What if I don't want to share data?
That's completely fine. This program is 100% voluntary for both clients and freelancers. If you choose not to participate, Postwork remains free to use with 0% commission, and we don't collect any data from your projects.
